Have you ever a bad mood condition? Usually a bad mood condition come when we are innocent but someone scream at you or at the condition that you have many problems. A bad mood condition will generate a negative emotion. This negative emotion can make you doing something negative too. Even you will do something that harming yourself dan others. You will take the wrong decision if you are in the negative emotion. That’s why control the emotion is important for you. Angry, sad, frustrated can’t be avoided, but can be controled. Here are the ways to control your emotion.
1. Ask Youself Why
The first that you can do to control the emotion is asking yourself why. After you work or study at the school a whole day, you feel so tired. Imagine at that condition you meet with someone that shouted to you. You will get angry because you are tired right? If you are shouted by a people in a condition that you feel so tired, you don’t get angry first. Sit down and put your body in a relaxed position. After you feel relax, ask yourself why someone is shouted at you. Maybe you have a problem with someone that shouted at you. You have to look at other people’s point of view, don’t be selfish.
2.Clean Up Your Sleep Hygiene
Sleep hygiene is a habbit that are necessary to have good nighttime sleep quality and full daytime alertness. One of the most important this pratice is to spend an ideal time to asleep in bed, not too long or too short. If you don’t practice a good sleep hygiene, you will start to feel tired and groggy when you wake up at the morning. This will decreases your willpower and your self-control ability. So to avoid this case you need to sleep well clean up your sleep hygiene.
3.Replace The Thought
Think before you speak to a people. You have two option to think, negative thinking and positive thinking. The first option is negative thinking. If you start a negative thinking like “Oh why nobody likes me?” or “What if someone bored with me?”, your brain will start to secrete stress. This condition will generate negative emotions like fear, anger, and others inside you. The second option is positive thinking. If you start to imagine or visualize something like you are confident when giving your presentation in the front of people, your brain will start to secreate feel-good hormones. This condition will make your emotions sweet.
