Lot of student have insomnia so thats way they are being late to school. This are many tips and trick you can do to not to be late to school because of insomnia. What do you have to do if you want to achieve all that ?
First, do homework as soon as you can. If you have homework do it fast, and do it all night. Do not delaying homework because you to lazy to do it , because you must think about your health and your rest time.
Second, do yoga or exercise. Study says do excercise before sleep, its make your body tired and fresh. So you can sleep fast.
Third, go to bed at reasonable hour. Don’t sleep at midnight if you want wake up at 4 am. Don’t forget this is important, the earlier you want to wake up, the earlier you should to bed.
Fourth, get a good night’s sleep, important ! Make sure you comfortable, so when you wake up your body more fresh.
Fifth, wake up early, after waking up, don’t do anything unimportant like playing vidio games, and wear eye shadow, cause it take long time to do, and make you forget with time.
Sixth, don’t eat too late, again don’t do anything unimportant when breakfast, eat as much as you need.
Seventh, eat a good breakfast, healthy food makes your body more healthier so you have lot of energy to faster go to school.
Finally, think about the consequence of being late to school, think about if you late, you will got punishment you will be laughed by your friends.
Don’t forget to plan all of these tips and trick in your life. Show your effort, your spirit, and then show the result to all people who think you always late to school. You can do it keep spirit.
