Why do people want to be like Cristiano Ronaldo? It simple! He is one of the best example of “GREAT PHYSICAL ATHLETE BODY”.
Cristiano is one of the best football player ever in the football history. And now he play for Juventus in the Serie A Italian Football League. What makes him to be like the one of the best player ever? talent? Maybe. But the most important is hard work. Talent is only a dull knife if not put together with hard work.
Cristiano never stop going. He exercises 5 day a week, even when the league season is off. If you want to have a physique like he has. You have to build up your muscle mass.
The second part of his training routine is doing sport that is extremely explosive, like football (of course). The part of the training is doing sprint, doing box jumps, and doing agility work.
You need to moves a lot, because Cristiano running for 3 hours at a time. We are not doing that in our normal life. I recommend you to doing a splits in monday, wednesday, dan friday. You can also doing a bench press, squat, deadlift or military press.
After that, if you want to get the Cristiano physique. You need to adjust your nutrition. Cristiano always try to eat fruits and veggies. He also don’t drink alcohol. You don’t have to follow that exactly, but keep remember it inside your mind. He consump a lower overall calorie than the everage football player.
