This book tells about love is not just sweet words like a romantic film. Love is action. A sincere expression of heart and soul. Love is not just a desire to constantly ask. Love is willingness. Willingness to provide the best for oneself, others, the universe and the Creator.
There is one study that is stated in this book. Namely, neurological research conducted by Professor Semir Zeki from University College London about hatred and love whose boundaries are very thin. When someone falls in love, the active subcortex of the brain is the same part when someone falls in hate, namely the putamen and insula. These two parts work to influence our perception of something and how we react to it. Therefore, according to Professor Semir Zaki, hate and love both possess great energy which at an extreme point can make a person a devil or an angel.
it turns out that most people are not afraid to fall in love too deeply or are afraid of starting a serious relationship. Lots of people who want to feel love but don’t know who. They just don’t know what their hearts want.
One gift that can be given to yourself is to challenge it out of your comfort zone to dare to start something. Often humans like to wait for the moment to do good. Waiting for offers and waiting for invitations or even waiting for friends to do it together. When in fact there is no need to wait to do anything moreover it is kindness. Do good with a loving heart. Who forbids you from doing good? Is it prestige? Humans who yearn for change will not wait long.
Regarding heartbreak, when it’s settled with a glimpse of a sad past, it’s time to focus on yourself. To turn trash into gold. Of course the sentence contains connotative meaning alias meaning kias. How is it possible to turn loss into strength?
Someone who is broken heart is actually extraordinarily strong. Strong crying continuously without dizziness. Strong confinement in the room without getting bored. Strong rereading thousands of electronic messages without feeling hurt eyes. Strong meal and drink without weakness. Some even use their power to kill themselves. But of course the strongest broken hearted person is using his strength to survive. Because everyone must die, but should not be able to stay alive after the death of the heart.
The weakness of this book is that there are too many figurative words that some people may not understand. Many parts are also unclear and can not be understood the purpose of the section. The core shortcomings of this book is located in the language that is too complicated. The advantage of this book is that there are many words that can motivate the reader. Many things and information about real life. As we are taught that love is not just about partners. But love is about how we value ourselves and our lives.
