Sometimes, as a human being, it’s a really good thing to have a dream. Have hope about anything that we want to achieve. But there’s the time when the world seems bigger than we saw, and we feel scarier than before. Thus, when that time comes, many of us just turn around and forget about what was the dream, forget that there was hope. But, do we actually know why? Do we really know why we gave up?
It was our mind that were set up to be like that. We thought that we couldn’t do it, we thought that we were not good enough, we were not confidence enough. Yeah, our minds are just stronger than we all thinks. Almost every decisions we made was set by our minds. But it can turn into either way, negative or positive.
There’s something on our brain that has a memory of the things that we had been doing for the rest of our lives until recently. That part of the brain just follows every movement and decisions we took, then keep it as a memory. Our body just follows and simply copy those memories, sooner or later, those memories become a beliefs. Something that really matter to our minds, the strongest element of our lives.
Many successful people got rejections, but they did not gave up. Because they knows, if they keep doing something positive, it will become a memory to their bodies and a beliefs to their minds.
For example, eating. From when we were a kid, we taught to put in the meals to our mouth, then we keep doing it until now. Why? Because it’s already became a memory and a beliefs on our minds. When we really trust ourselves and let our mind works to made decisions, that’s the time when we beliefs our minds.
We just have to do more and more those positive things until it becomes a memory to our body and a beliefs to our mind. Practice, practice, and practice.
But again, not every memories could turn into a positive beliefs. So how do we keep our minds to make a positive memories?
The first thing we can do is establish what we really want and make plans how to achieve them. It can helps us to feel more confident about what we are going to do. Second, just imagine how it going to feels when you achieve what you wants, it will certainly be amazing. And last, do it. Just do it. Every day is another day of taking chances. Even something silly, if it helps you to get what you want in a positive ways, it will work.
Those three things will keep yourself and your body to have a beliefs towards your dreams, your hope, and even your goals.
