Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. 4. Set Boundaries
Set Boundaries is not to kick people out of our life but rather to identify what is acceptable and not. Healthy boundaries help you filter out things that harmful to yourself, included your mental health.
5. Protect Yourself
It means bringing supportive people into your life, who can contribute to you mental health.
6. Live Intentionally
What’s make your eyes light up? What’s make you enthusiasts? Make choices towards your goal can be step to pratice self love.
7. Show Up For Yourself
Do you scold yourself when you don’t finish everythin you set out to do? It’s easy to focus only on your faulth, but acknowledging the effort you have given and what you have done is the most important that all.
8. Practice Self Care
Take times to your basic things you need is a step of practice self love. Either using skincares, taking a hot bath, eating healthy nor do exercises.
Always remember that you’re worth enough, you don’t need to be someone else when you’re amazing just the way you are and the way you’ve been. Stop overthink what’s people talk about you, what if you do it wrong or what if you’re not good enough. You’re the most precious thing in the world. You’re the moon who shines its light into the dark night.
