Firstly, start eat your breakfast. many teenagers think that eating breakfast will be faster for weight loss. but when viewed from the side of health, breakfast is very important because it will keep our hunger until lunchtime, and also can increase our energy to activity.
Second, watch your drinks. If you always drink habits like soda, flavored bottled drinks, sports drinks will cause you hard to lose weight. It should be replaced by mineral water which is healthier and does not contain any flavor. for teenagers it is better to drink 3 liters of mineral water or equal to 8 glasses of mineral water a day.
Third, fill up on fruits and veggies. Teenagers usually avoid fruits and vegetables because they don’t taste good, even though fruits and vegetables have a lot of vitamins, nutrients and calories needed by the teenage bodies. So that fruits and vegetables are very good if consumed by teenagers, besides that it can also help the teen’s growth.
Fourth, avoid fast food. In today’s many fast food restaurants that are in great demand by teenagers, besides it tastes good and tasty, the way to get it is very easy and practical. No need to cook yourself to get this fast food. Though fast food is not good for health, because how to cook is not too hygienic and the ingredients of the food are not necessarily healthy and in not accordance with the needs of the body of teenagers.
Fifth, avoid mindless snack. Snack contains a lot of calories, MSG, and little nutrition. If teenagers consume snacks then weight will increase faster and that will frustrate efforts to lose weight. Preferably, the snack is replaced by fruits and vegetables to be more healthy and not frustrate efforts to lose weight for teenagers.
Sixth, take a time to exercise everyday. In a day teenagers should take the time to exercise to keep the body healthy and fit. Doing so will help to get the ideal body and also lose weight. Exercises that can be done for teenagers at home include work out, now there are many work out applications that can be accessed and help to do work out at home.
