Study in a public school certainly brings you into contact with all sorts of others student characters, and you have to meet bad people who like bullying.The ability to confront bullying in school is a major issue.
Bullying are often employed in the form of damages, sabotages, humiliates others in public, and so on. As a result, often the bullies affects the victims’ stress levels and self-confidence. Therefore, the bullying must quickly be overcome in some way.
First, don’t always blame yourself when bullying are upon you. Such questions as “am I a useless person in this group? “Or” am I really that annoying? “You must always remember that the matter is on them, not you.
Second, stay strong even if they hurt you and don’t make yourself look angry. Because if you look frail and angry so much it only makes them more enjoy doing bad things. Then how to deal with it is to calm yourself down.
Third, some good ways to stay healthy is to exercise, read, and enhance the quality of yourself in the presence of many people to become an achievers student rather than being looked down upon by others. Many bullying victims respond negatively to bullies such as hurting themselves, drink alcohol, and overreacts. Run away from a problem seems a reasonable response, especially since you feel mistreated for no reason, it will unavoidably make you want to isolate yourself. But don’t let it be your escape.
Fourth, do not isolate yourself from the masses! Be assures that you still have plenty of people who loves you like family and friends. Because you will need their support. Be open with them and share their stories. Don’t you take on your burdens alone!
Finally, if you think that your problems are heal, and then you can see that your friend feels the same way about being a bullying, and help them. At least be friends to share your stories if you can’t offer a solution.
